Why AI, and why now?

The gap is widening

Marketing tasks that once took hours — briefs, reports, ad copy, analysis — now take minutes with the right AI setup. Teams that have figured this out are pulling ahead.

Generic tools are not enough

AI tools are powerful out of the box, but the biggest gains come from configuring them for your specific workflows, data, tone of voice and team.

Integration is the hard part

The challenge is not finding an AI tool. It is connecting it to your existing stack, training your team and making it part of the actual workflow — not a side experiment.

What the service includes

AI Audit

Process mapping & opportunity audit

Map your current marketing workflows and identify the 3 to 5 highest-ROI automation opportunities. Prioritised by impact, effort and team readiness.
Prompts

Custom prompt engineering

Build reliable, repeatable prompts for your most common tasks: ad copy, briefs, reports, analysis. Prompts that know your brand, your audience and your goals.
Agents

AI agent setup

Deploy custom AI agents for research, content creation, competitive monitoring and campaign reporting. Agents that work autonomously with your data.
Integrations

Tool & data integration

Connect AI to your existing stack: Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, CMS, CRM or spreadsheets. AI that works with your real data, not sample inputs.
Training

Team training & documentation

Hands-on sessions so the whole team adopts the workflows. Full documentation so nothing depends on me being around.
Iteration

Ongoing optimisation

Regular reviews as models evolve, with prompt refinements, new use cases and performance checks. AI moves fast — your workflows should too.

How I work

01

Discovery call

Understand your business, team structure, tools and biggest time sinks. No assumptions — just honest mapping of where AI can help.
02

Opportunity mapping

Identify and prioritise the automation use cases with the highest impact for your specific situation. Focus beats breadth.
03

Workflow design

Design the prompts, agents and integrations needed for each use case. Architecture first, then build.
04

Build & test

Set up each workflow, test with your real data and refine until outputs are consistent and reliable.
05

Handover & training

Document every workflow and run training sessions with the team so they can use — and improve — everything independently.
06

Monthly review

Check in to iterate on existing workflows, explore new use cases and adapt to new model capabilities.

Tools I work with

I select the right model and automation platform for each use case — not the one with the most hype.

AI
Claude AI
My primary model for deep reasoning, long-form analysis, prompt engineering and autonomous agents. Claude handles the heavy lifting — from content briefs to campaign performance summaries.

HubSpot
AI-powered lead qualification, follow-up copy generation and CRM data enrichment. Less manual entry, faster handoff from lead to first contact, and smarter segmentation for outreach sequences.
Reporting
Looker Studio
Automated weekly and monthly performance dashboards connected to live data. AI-written commentary on what changed and why — ready before your Monday morning meeting.

Why work with me?

Practitioner, not theorist
I use AI every day in real campaigns, audits and content workflows. Every recommendation comes from what actually works in production.
Marketing native
Every workflow I build has a marketing goal: better acquisition, faster content, sharper analysis. Not AI for the sake of it.
Multi-model expertise
I work across Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini and open-source models. I pick the right tool for the job, not the trendiest one.
No lock-in
You own all prompts, agents and documentation. Everything is built to work independently of me.
Trilingual ES/EN/FR
Set up and document workflows in English, Spanish or French. No friction for international teams.
Integrated with your data
AI that connects to your ad accounts, analytics, CMS and existing tools — not a standalone experiment.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI tools do you work with?

Mainly Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google). I select the best model for each use case and make sure workflows are portable — not locked to a single provider.

Do I need to change my existing tech stack?

Not necessarily. Most AI workflows integrate with the tools you already use: Google Docs, Notion, Sheets, your CMS, your ad platforms. We adapt the approach to what is already in place.

Is AI consulting only relevant for large teams?

No. Some of the most impactful workflows are for solo consultants and small teams — where saving 3 hours a week on reports and content makes an immediate difference to capacity.

What is the difference between using ChatGPT directly and hiring a consultant?

ChatGPT out of the box is a generic assistant. AI consulting means designing prompts and agents that understand your business, your audience, your tone of voice and your data. The output quality difference is significant.

How long does setup take?

A typical workflow — weekly report generation, blog brief creation, ad copy variations — takes 1 to 2 weeks from design to handover. Complex multi-step agents may take 3 to 4 weeks.

What types of AI workflows do you build for marketing?

Blog content pipelines, ad copy generation at scale, SEO brief automation, campaign performance summaries, competitor monitoring, content repurposing, and custom agents for research and analysis.
